This Rubber Match decides who advances to the NSFL Championship.

May 15: Renegades (14) @ Patriots (18)
May 28: Patriots (12) @ Renegades (14) - Story

The games had a case of Deja Vu.  Both games were played over 2 months ago, and both had the Renegades leading 14-12 Late in the 4th Quarter..  On May 15th, the Patriots found the endzone with just over a minute to play; however, on May 28th the Renegade defense came away with the late interception to seal the Victory.

In Burnsville, the Renegade offense had 284 yards of offense with both TD's coming on the ground; whereas it was a Defensive Battle at St. John's with the Granite City offense scoring once on the ground & once through the air on 196 yards of offense.
Meanwhile, the Patriots notched 383 yards at home, as Brandon King threw for 232 and a TD & also ran for 104 yards and a pair of TD's.  In the Patriots loss, the Renegades were able to hold King to 45 passing yards & 23 rushing yards; as the Patriot offense was held to 152 yards.

The determining factor will be QB Brandon King; can he strike both through the air & on the ground against the Renegades defense, or will the Renegades be able to stifle his attempts like the last time these two teams met.

Prediction: Renegades 21, Patriots 20
