Hello Ladies and Gentlemen,

Are you ready for another year of West Central BRONCO football. This year things are a little different with the Broncos.

For the first time in 4 years the Broncos all star fullback will not be playing. Jarrett (deuce) McAllister has took over as head coach. Jarrett's first move as head coach was to hire David Riley as defensive coordinator. Riley brings in a ton of semi pro experience being an ex player. Between coach Riley and coach Deuce they bring to our team multiple all star plaques and they both won a state championship back in 2009 together when they played for the Duluth Superior Shoremen.

The Broncos have 25 returning players from last year including 17 total starters, and we have about 20 new players as well. Steve Peppin will be leading the way starting at quarterback bringing with him 4 years of starting experience and leadership. Mickell Malloyd is returning as the teams main running back and strong safety.  Mickell brings a very hard hitting and bruising run style with him to the Broncos, he is recognized by the other teams in the league as a very hard hitter. Patricio Lopez is our center he is our motivator leader he has been here since day one and is excited to help Mickell Malloyd go for 1500 and the record this year. They will definelty be a duo to watch. Blake Williams is still a little salty about not being the number one tackler in the league and missing that all star plaque by 1 tackle, so you can expect big things from him and the linebacker core this year. All star Cameo King hopes to keep connecting with Quarterback Peppin and remain the state's best tight end. Key Johnson will be the teams 2nd back and also brings with him experience and pizzazz. Coach Deuce said this about Key Johnson, "He has a very unique run style if you even wanna call it a style it's more like a catch him if you can". Rene Vallejo is what they call the (heart and soul) of the Broncos coach Deuce said, "He is what I want every Bronco to be he is an all around amazing young man he is the first one there, last one to go home and off the field works hard in the gym and even harder in life taking care of his 5 children and amazing wife they are the definition of bronco family Rene means a lot to me and this team".  The Broncos also have a new core of young players playing for there first time, and have been adjusting and enjoying themselves so far. Coach Riley said "It's hard putting new guys with old guys, it just doesn't mesh well sometimes but this group is doing an amazing job and became Bronco family pretty quick everyone gets along and tries to make the next guy better I'm extremely proud of this team".

Steve and Jarrett being owners are trying to really change this team for the better making moves left and right to do whatever they can to help these players and this team. They are very excited about this season. Go check out our Facebook page learn about our players and stay updated. Be sure to keep watching our page excited things happening with this team.
